These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Healthy Wealth Blueprint and any products or services offered by us. By using this website or purchasing our services/products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this site or services.

1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services or programs.

2. Coaching and Educational Nature of Services

Our services and programs are intended for education, coaching, and general wellness support only. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, financial advising, or legal services.

You acknowledge that:

  • No nurse–patient, provider–patient, or fiduciary financial relationship is created by using this website or services.

  • You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments:
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase through our approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace Payments).

Refunds:

  • For the Healthy Wealth Quick Reset™ – 90-Minute Session:

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Refunds are generally not offered once a session has been completed.

    • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may forfeit the session fee.

  • For My Healthy Wealth Blueprint™ – 8-Week 1:1 Coaching:

    • Because space is limited and we reserve time for you, fees are generally non-refundable once the program has begun.

    • Rescheduling individual sessions within the program will be handled case by case with reasonable notice.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

For 1:1 services and programs:

  • You are responsible for attending sessions on time.

  • If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.

  • If you miss a session without notice, it may be considered forfeited.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs—including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, worksheets, and other materials—is owned by Healthy Wealth Blueprint or used with permission.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise share our content without written permission, except for personal use directly related to your participation in the program.

  • Claim our content as your own or resell it.

6. Personal Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results in health, life, and finances.

  • We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Wealth Blueprint and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services.
