About Dr. Sydia Spence, DNP, FNP-c

Helping nurses, veterans, and high-responsibility professionals protect their health and build sustainable wealth — without burnout, shame, or hustle culture.

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice–Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP–FNP-c), a U.S. military veteran, and an integrative prevention specialist trained in functional medicine–informed approaches, Western herbalism, Ayurveda, and clinical aromatherapy.

My work bridges clinical training, holistic systems, and lived experience.

Why I Created Healthy Wealth Blueprint™

I created Healthy Wealth Blueprint™ after watching too many nurses, veterans, and service professionals quietly deteriorate — physically and financially — while still showing up for everyone else.

The system was built around one central question:

What if we protected your nervous system, your metabolism, and your financial stability at the same time?

Most systems address these separately.
This framework integrates them.

My Background & Training

Person holding a stack of books

I bring together

• Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP–FNP-c)
• U.S. military veteran with firsthand understanding of military and VA culture
• Functional medicine–informed training
• Formal study in Western herbalism and Ayurveda
• Clinical aromatherapy and mind–body regulation practices
• Experience supporting professionals under chronic stress

This work is informed by both clinical structure and lived reality.

My Approach

Health Track
Metabolic rhythm, nervous system regulation, inflammation, sleep, digestion, and energy.

Stability Track
Income patterns, debt stress, overtime cycles, spending behaviors, and financial safety perception.

From there, we build a prevention plan that respects your capacity, schedule, culture, and stage of life.

I do not offer quick fixes, rigid meal plans, or financial lectures.

Instead, we assess patterns across two tracks:

Morning landscape of snow-capped mountains, a forest of trees in fall colors, and a calm lake reflecting the scene, with the sun rising in the background.

Who I Primarily Support

• Nurses and healthcare professionals
• Veterans and military-connected helpers
• Caregivers and service professionals

You do not have to be in crisis to seek support.
Prevention is strongest before breakdown.
